Apple’s First Foldable iPhone

Apple’s First Foldable iPhone: What to Expect
Big brands like Samsung, Google, and Motorola have been making foldable smartphones for years. However, Apple has yet to release one. While rumors about a foldable iPhone have been circulating, a new leak from Digital Chat Station on Weibo shares possible details about Apple's first foldable phone.
A Foldable iPhone with Two Large Screens?
According to the leak, Apple’s first foldable iPhone will have a book-style design and be called a "Big Fold." It is expected to feature a 5.49-inch outer screen and a 7.74-inch inner display when unfolded. This suggests the phone might be wider than Google’s Pixel Fold, which has a larger outer screen but a smaller inner display.
For comparison, Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 6 has a 6.3-inch outer screen and a 7.6-inch inner screen, meaning Apple’s foldable could be smaller than its competitors in terms of display size.
When Will Apple Launch Its Foldable iPhone?
The foldable iPhone is not expected to launch before next year. Reports suggest that Apple has chosen Lens Technology, a Chinese company, as the main supplier for its ultra-thin glass, a key material for foldable screens.
Since this is all based on leaks and early reports, we should take this information with caution. Apple might still make changes before the official launch.
